Connect / Secure / Scale

Your entire IT function, run by one team

Bridgesoft plans, runs and supports the IT that organizations depend on every day: service desk, networks, cloud platforms, collaboration tools and security. One delivery lead owns the lot, so nothing sits between the managed service and the project work.

  • Named engineering leads
  • Response targets in writing
  • Multi-cloud delivery
  • 24/7 monitoring coverage
  • Zero-trust by default

About Bridgesoft

Built for the systems you cannot switch off

Most organizations do not get to start over. Bridgesoft works with what is already there: an ERP nobody wants to touch, a network that grew by acquisition, a laptop fleet spread across three states and a help desk queue that never quite empties. We stabilize the estate first, then modernize it in stages you can fund and defend.

Engineers, service desk analysts and developers report into a single delivery lead, so nothing falls between the managed service and the software project. You get one roadmap, one escalation path and one monthly review that covers every system we touch.

See how an engagement runs
  • One accountable owner

A named delivery lead owns your account end to end. No ticket bouncing between teams that have never spoken to each other.

  • Response times in writing

Service levels are set per system, based on what actually stops work. Priority one on a claims portal is not priority one on a print queue.

  • Numbers you can act on

Monthly reporting covers ticket trends, asset counts, license spend and capacity headroom, so budget conversations start from evidence rather than instinct.

  • Controls built in, not bolted on

Access rules, backups and hardening are specified while a system is being built. Retrofitting security after someone finds a gap costs more and works less well.

Industries

Sectors where downtime has consequences

We work where the estate is mixed, the uptime expectation is high, and the users are nowhere near one building.

  • Healthcare

Clinical systems never get a quiet maintenance window. We keep EHR platforms available, stop HL7 and FHIR interfaces failing silently, and manage the shared workstations and bedside devices every shift depends on.

  • Financial Services

Payment and trading platforms measure outages in seconds. We tune the networks and integrations that carry transaction volume, keep reporting pipelines fed on schedule, and support branch and remote staff on the same service levels.

  • Federal & Public Sector

Legacy platforms nobody documented, inside procurement rules that do not bend. We map what is genuinely running, migrate it in funded stages, and write the operating and compliance artifacts your program office has to file.

  • Retail & eCommerce

Peak traffic arrives on a calendar you do not control. We size storefront, POS and warehouse systems for the November spike, then keep store connectivity and back-office integrations steady through the quiet months.

  • Utilities & Energy

Field sites, control rooms and corporate offices run on very different networks. We keep those environments separated and monitored, extend connectivity to remote assets, and plan failover where a truck roll takes half a day.

  • Higher Education

Registration week decides how the whole year gets judged. We scale the student information system for the rush, staff help desk coverage across residence halls and labs, and give research groups storage that keeps pace with their data.

  • Manufacturing & Logistics

A stopped line costs money by the minute. We keep MES, WMS and ERP integrations synchronized, support plant-floor hardware in places office kit would not survive, and design connectivity for sites on thin bandwidth.

Technologies we work with

  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • Microsoft 365
  • Cisco
  • Okta
  • Salesforce
  • ServiceNow
  • VMware
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • CrowdStrike

These are the platforms our engineers build on and operate every day. Listing them states our stack; it is not a claim of partnership, certification or endorsement.

Managed IT Services

One contract for the whole IT function

Take all twelve, or only the two you cannot staff internally. Every line carries its own defined scope, owner and service levels.

  • Managed IT Services

We run the day-to-day estate: monitoring, patching, asset tracking and vendor escalation, under service levels agreed per system rather than one blanket number for everything.

Learn more about Managed IT Services
  • Cloud Services

Migration, landing zones and ongoing cost control across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We move workloads in waves, so a rollback stays available at every stage.

  • IT Support & Service Desk

Tiered support with named engineers, published response targets and a knowledge base your staff can actually search. Repeat tickets get a root-cause fix instead of a faster reset.

  • Productivity Applications

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace configured for how your teams really work: tenant hygiene, sharing rules, retention policy and mailbox settings reviewed on a set cadence.

  • Network Management

Design, monitoring and change control for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN and wireless. Configuration is version controlled, so a bad change is reverted in minutes rather than rebuilt overnight.

  • Cybersecurity

Threat detection, incident response and endpoint hardening scoped to the attack surface you actually have. Our security analysts rehearse the response plan before an incident forces it.

  • Data Backup & Recovery

Backups only matter when the restore works. We set retention against your recovery objectives, test restores on a schedule, and write down what each test proved.

  • Unified Communications

Voice, video and contact center on one platform, with call quality monitored per site. We handle number porting and E911 registration so nothing breaks at cutover.

  • Identity & Access Management

Single sign-on, MFA and joiner-mover-leaver automation, so accounts appear on day one and disappear on the last day. Standing privilege is reviewed and trimmed quarterly.

  • Compliance & Governance

Map your controls once, then answer HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2 and CMMC from a single evidence set. We keep the register current and prepare the audit walkthrough.

  • IT Advisory

Roadmaps, budget models and architecture reviews written by engineers who will have to operate the result. Recommendations arrive with cost ranges and a sequencing plan attached.

  • IT Procurement

Specification, sourcing and lifecycle tracking for hardware, licenses and support contracts. We negotiate on your behalf and flag renewals before auto-renewal decides the budget for you.

Development Services

Build what you cannot buy

When the product does not exist, or the off-the-shelf version fits badly, our engineers build it and hand over the source.

  • Cloud Enablement

Landing zones, network topology and identity federation set up before the first workload moves. We containerize what benefits from it and leave the rest on managed services where that simply costs less.

    • Landing zone design
    • Workload migration
    • FinOps cost control

  • Custom Software Development

Web applications, internal tools and integration services built to a spec you approve, in stacks your own team can maintain. Tests, pipelines and deployment scripts ship with the code, not afterwards.

    • Web applications
    • Automated test suites

  • Enterprise Management Services

Someone has to own the ITSM tooling, the CMDB and the change board once the project ends. We staff and run those functions, keep the asset record honest, and report against agreed measures.

  • Enterprise Applications

ERP, CRM and HR platforms rarely fail on their own; they fail at the seams. We implement, integrate and support Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics, then fix the data moving between them.

How we work

How an engagement runs

The same sequence whether the job is a service desk transition or a multi-year platform rebuild.

  1. 01

    Discover

We inventory systems, interview the people who use them and document what is running today. Nothing gets quoted from an org chart or a two-year-old asset spreadsheet.

  2. 02

    Plan

You get a written plan with architecture, sequencing, dependencies and cost ranges. We walk it through with your team and change it before anyone touches production.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Work lands in stages with a rollback path at each one. Progress, blockers and spend are visible weekly, so nobody learns about a slip at the end.

  4. 04

    Operate

After handover we monitor, patch, support users and improve on an agreed schedule. Quarterly reviews compare what we said we would do against what the logs show.

Why Bridgesoft

Six commitments we will put in writing

Every one of these is checkable. Ask for it during the first call.

  • 12 Managed service lines
  • 7 Industries served
  • MD Where we are based
  • Senior people on the account

The engineer who scoped your migration is the one who runs it. We do not hand delivery to a junior bench the week after signature.

  • Discovery before proposals

We inventory what you actually run before quoting. Estimates built on a guessed asset count are the reason IT projects double in price.

  • Documentation you keep

Runbooks, diagrams and credentials live in your systems, not ours. If you replace us, the handover takes days because the material already exists.

  • Priced before we start

Scope, deliverables and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Change requests are quoted separately so the invoice never surprises finance.

  • Security reviewed inside delivery

Our analysts check every build and migration before it ships. You are not buying a managed service and then buying protection for it as a second contract.

  • Capacity when you need it

Add a site, a shift pattern, a new region or forty laptops and the team scales with you. No renegotiation cycle before the work can start.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

It depends on how much documentation already exists. The first phase is discovery and access handover. We then shadow your current provider or internal team, take primary support, and keep the outgoing party available for escalation until every runbook has been proven in production. You approve each handover gate before we move on.

Targets are set per system rather than as one blanket number, because a stalled claims portal is not the same problem as a jammed printer. Priority one reaches a named engineer inside the agreed window, every ticket carries a stated resolution target, and the monthly report shows where we hit and where we missed. Misses get explained, not buried.

Most of our engagements are co-sourced. Your people usually keep the work they want: application ownership, vendor relationships, anything strategic. We take the parts that are hard to staff around the clock, such as overnight monitoring, patching windows and after-hours triage. Responsibilities go into a RACI, so nothing sits unowned and nobody hears their job changed from a status call.

Usually yes. If your ticketing system, monitoring stack or backup platform works, we operate it rather than force a migration onto ours. Where a tool is genuinely holding you back we will say so, price the change and let you decide. We also take over vendor escalation, so you stop being the middle party in someone else's support queue.

Managed services are billed monthly per user, per device or per environment, whichever matches how the estate actually grows. Projects are fixed price against an approved scope, with change requests quoted before they are started. Advisory work is time and materials with a capped estimate. You see the rate card before signing anything.

Your documentation, credentials, infrastructure code and monitoring configuration live in systems you own throughout the contract. Exit assistance is written into the agreement from the start, including a handover period and a defined artifact list. We would rather be kept because the service is good than because leaving is painful.
